Empower neurodiverse teens to thrive with Uniquely Us, a 9-week social group focused on self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-advocacy. Each session offers interactive activities, group discussions, and practical tools tailored to teens’ unique strengths and challenges. Themes include managing stress, improving social communication, emotional regulation, and goal setting, all within a supportive, inclusive environment. Participants will build confidence, resilience, and meaningful connections while learning skills to navigate their world authentically. Join us in celebrating neurodiversity and empowering teens to feel valued, understood, and ready to advocate for their needs.

Over nine weeks, participants will discover practical mindfulness and self-regulation tools—like box breathing, body scans, grounding, and positive affirmations—to help them feel calmer, more focused, and confident in handling life’s challenges. Through games, creative activities, and guided reflection, teens will explore the difference between feeling unsafe and simply uncomfortable, build emotional awareness, and create their own “toolbox” of strategies they can use anytime, anywhere. Perfect for teens who want to build resilience, express themselves, and have fun in a safe, inclusive space!
